After honing his skills for six years as an associate at various dental clinics, Dr. Azizzadeh established his own practice five years ago. He specializes in general dentistry, dentures, bridges and cosmetic dentistry. As a dentist, he places emphasis on building trusting relationships with his clients, and on offering high-quality dental services at reasonable prices. Dr. Azizzadeh is a committed contributor to his community, treating low-income individuals and unions and accepting insurance plans for teachers, nurses, factory workers, police officers and firefighters. He attributes his success to his passion, his dedication and the support he receives from his wife.

Dr. Azizzadeh received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University in 1996. He looks forward to serving more people in his community, expanding his practice and opening another clinic in Long Island, also founded on his commitment to putting the patient first.
