Financial workshop shows dentists how to diagnose the health of their dental practice.

MESA, AZ, September 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dentists will be shown how to diagnose the financial health of their practice at the Recession-Proof Your Practice workshop 8 a.m. to noon, on Oct. 30 at The Schuster Center for Professional Development, 9312 E. Raintree Drive in Scottsdale, AZ. Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m.
The interactive workshop will provide participants with models to help them experience unprecedented growth in uncertain times. The fee is $95 per person and is 3.5 AGD credit hours. Attendees will also receive a free comprehensive Schuster Model for Spending Report - a $350 value.
Brenda Penwell, CFO and President of The Schuster Center, will facilitate the workshop. Penwell, who joined The Schuster Center in 1985, is known for her unique ability to successfully relate to both dentists and their team members.
During the workshop participants will prepare an analysis of their practice, using their numbers. Additional topics include:
• Strategies to survive these challenging times and emerge on top.
• Workshop an analysis of attendee's practice using their own numbers.
• Help participants discover where they are now and where they are going.
• Assist workshop goers gain an understanding of their practice strengths and weaknesses.
In addition, the workshop will include an interactive format that allows for questions and answers that will include specific assistance to help them make their practice more profitable and enjoyable.
