Dr. Richard D. Isaacson has been practicing orthodontics since 1987. He began his secondary education at Ursinus College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Isaacson then attended the University of Nebraska for graduate studies and received his D.M.D degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Dr. Isaacson then attended Columbia University, where he obtained his Certificate of Training in Orthodontics.

Dr. Isaacson is a delegate for the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. He has served as President of the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists as well as the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. Dr. Isaacson is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Columbia University Orthodontic Alumni Association and the American Cleft Palate Association. He is the past committee chair for the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists and currently serves as Orthodontic section chief at Monmouth Medical Center.
