At Nadean Burkett & Associates Inc., Ms. Burkett coaches health care and other professionals who work in private practice, at all stages of their careers. She maintains client relationships, handles career and business development and facilitates transition planning to retirement. In 1975, Ms. Burkett began her career as a dental assistant, working a variety of practices and capacities, from clinical to administrative. She attributes her success to her ability to help her clients find opportunity in their challenges that result in enhancement of their business performance, and to her willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team of professionals.

In 1979, Ms. Burkett earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. As a licensed Realtor she is a member of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. As part of her commitment of empowerment through education, she regularly publishes articles in professional journals distributed throughout North America. Ms. Burkett also has developed and mentors educational programs.
