Dr. Marcello is the proud owner of Michael J. Marcello II, DDS, APDC, a endodontic practice. He performs root canal procedures, comforts patients who are in pain, determines appropriate endodontic treatments, and performs surgery when necessary. Passionate about ensuring that all of his patients receive quality care, Dr. Marcello treats them like family. He first became involved in his profession because of his personal experience with a root canal.

Inspired by his family and encouraged by the knowledge that dentistry would give him the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives, he pursued his career with vigor. Dr. Marcello attributes his success to his ability to dedicate himself to long-term goals and resolve to see them through to completion. After completing a Bachelor of Science through Louisiana State University, he then earned a DDS through their School of Dentistry in 2008. Two years later, he received a Master of Science through the University of Washington. A member of the Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists, he holds a certificate in endodontics. In five years, he plans to be married and continue running a successful practice.
